Where: In-Person: Carnarvon Elementary – Gym |

Please join us on March 4th 2024 for a workshop geared to help instill a secure sense of self in our children so they can become their best version as adolescents and adults, free of anxiety and depression. |
Following Hannah Beach’s presentation and emphasis on anxious attachment being detrimental to our youth, let us explore and learn in this workshop how to make sure we instill the complete opposite in ours. A secure attachment style. |
Please note this is a PAC Fundraising event therefore the workshop is by donation. |
It will be led by our own PAC Co-Chair, Anna Morfidis. |
Anna has been working with youth since the age of 17, whether it was in summer camps as a teen volunteer, a Greek School and Youth Group and Summer Camp leader as an adult later on in life at the Hellenic Community of Vancouver, as well as the runner and operator of her own Daycare for 6 years, to now as a counsellor helping them knock down unhelpful Core Beliefs about themselves and free them from the anxiety that is so prevalent in our society these days. |
Anna holds a BSc in Biopsychology and a Wellness Counsellor and Life Coach Certifications. |
