Welcome Back Barbeque & Meet the Teacher Night

Date:               Wednesday, September 18, 2019

Time:               Meet the Teacher        5:00-6:00pm

                        BBQ                                  5:30-7:00 pm

What:              Hamburgers, hot dogs & veggie burgers

Drinks will be provided, potluck salads & desserts

IMPORTANT: Ordering is available online, using the MunchaLunch website!  Follow the link on the carnarvonpac.ca homepage (click on the “Order Hot Lunch” button). Returning parents, click “login here” to get to your existing account – you will then need to update your child’s grade/teacher/div BEFORE ordering. New parents click “register here” and create an account before ordering.

Paper order forms and cheques can also be submitted to the PAC mailbox in the school office. Cheques should be made payable to Carnarvon Parent Advisory Council.  Paper forms can be found in the rack in the hall just inside the front doors to the school. If you order online, do not also submit a paper form.

Ordering deadline for all orders is Friday September 13th, 2019.

Hamburgers & hot dogs must be pre-ordered as they will not be available for purchase at the event.  Please bring plates and cutlery for your family.

Your family is requested to bring a salad or dessert for the sharing table:

• Families with a last name starting with A-N please bring a salad to share
• Families with a last name starting with O-Z please bring a dessert to share

Please remember, no food containing nuts, peanuts or nut products and please bring a serving utensil.
