Please come and join us for our first PAC meeting of the year. This is your chance to be involved in the planning process for this year’s events, fundraisers, etc. We will discuss the events we are planning to put on this year, discuss Fundraising options, and vote on the remaining open PAC positions.

So far, at our June AGM, we have voted in our chair, secretary, and event coordinators.

This still leaves many positions open, but luckily, we have had a few parents come up to us over the summer offering to take on the positions of treasurer, hot lunch coordinator, and fundraising chair. Thank you so much! We will be voting those people in at our first meeting.

That leaves us with two more open positions, vice-chair and DPAC rep, that we will need to fill. Hopefully, somebody will volunteer for those positions by the time we have our meetings.

Of course, we are always looking for Volunteers to help out during specific events. So, if you are not sure if you have the time to take on a designated role, please consider being added to our Volunteer list so we can reach out to you when we need help during an event.

As we have done in previous years, our yearly “Welcome Back BBQ” is going to follow the “Meet the Teachers Event”. We figured that most of us are already at school, so why not stay a little bit longer to mingle. We are still finalizing the food situation, so please stay tuned for more information.
