Pizza and Entertainment Book Order ON-LINE
Dear Parents and Guardians
The Hot Lunch Program is a fundraiser for the PAC. This creates funds that are beneficial for children and provide support to various programs and events for them to have access to.
Last year, we implemented an excellent on-line ordering system. We partnered with hotlunches.net to create the Carnarvon Community School Hot Lunch Web Site. On this web site, parents and guardians will be able to place pizza orders and order Entertainment Books for their children and pay on-line with credit card. Other payment methods like cash or cheque will be available for those people who don't feel comfortable with on-line payments.
We are encouraging everyone to use this fast and convenient method if possible. We will still accept paper orders if necessary.
How do I order ON-LINE?
Before you can place an order, you have to register into the system. Please follow the procedure below:
- Click on the hotlunches logo below and you will be re-directed to the login page of the Carnarvon Community School Hot Lunch Web Site. (opens in a new window)

- If you are already registered then login with your username and password. If not, click on the "Register" tab to create you account.

- After you login you may edit/update your profile or contact information but before you can place an order you have to add your child/children (students) into the system. Click on the "Profile" tab and select "Add a student"

Input your child's first and last name and select his/her class. You have the option to include your child's name into the class list, which will be accessible to other parents. Please notice that at this time your child's status is unverified.
Helen Raid will perform periodical verification of students so only students from Carnarvon will be verified. Please contact Helen or Patti Harris if you notice that your child/children has/have not been verified after one day. (You won't be able to place orders if your child/children is/are not verified.) - After your child/children has/have been verified you can place their hot lunch orders. Click on the "Orders" tab and select "Student Orders". All available schedules will be displayed. Click on "Order Form" for every Schedule and Child you want to place an order for and select the quantity of items you want to order from the menu (all your totals and sub-totals will be automatically calculated.)
- Once you have finished with your order, click on the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page (or "Cancel Changes" if you prefer so.)

- After you have placed an order (or several orders), the system will take you back to Schedules list. From here you can either print every individual order for your records or select tour preferred payment method. Scroll down to bottom of the page and locate your payment option buttons.

- If you want to make your payment by either cheque or cash then click on the "Print Remittance Form". This action will generate an
Adobe PDF document that you can save and print (you will need Adobe Reader to open this document.)
Print this form and submit it with your cash or cheque payment.
