Family Photo Night 2009
Due to popular demand, we will be having Family Photo Night for 4 evening this year.
Tuesday, October 13th
Wednesday, October 14th
Thursday, October 15th
Friday, October 16th
The $15 session fee gets you 6 to 8 poses, a proof sheet and a complimentary colour 8 x 10 print of your favourite pose (no package purchase necessary.) Bring your family! Bring your pets! Carnarvon PAC keeps this entire fee, so support your school and come on out.
For additional cost you can also order extra photos, and yes, even Christmas and Holiday cards, so save the date and keep your eyes out for sign-up sheets (to be sent home September 22nd.) Space is limited.
If you can volunteer to help with this for a couple of hours, it would be very much appreciated. This is a great way to help out without taking up a lot of your time

About the session
- Each family will be booked for a single session.
- The session fee has to be paid by Tuesday, September 29th 2009. Please return the registration form with your payment (cheques are payable to CARNARVON PAC.)
- Every family should arrive at least 15 minutes early to their scheduled session time.
- The photographer will take different poses of each family, but they can choose only one for a complimentary 8x10 photograph. Families will have the option to order extra copies.
- In about 10 working days after the sessions, the proofs and order form information will be sent to school. They will be labelled width the eldest child's name and division.
- The families are given about 1 (one) week to view the proofs and return them to the school. The orders will be collected at school office a couple of days after the due date.
- After this date, they can mail the order directly to the studio.
- The finished photographs will be returned to the school in about 15 working days, or can be mailed to the families upon request.
