Elections for the PAC were held at the PAC AGM last June 17. The 2009–2010 positions are listed below. We are still looking for volunteers for the vacant positions. Please contact Brienna if you think you could help.

Safe Arrival
The position of safe arrival coordinator is vacant for next year. If we do not fill this position then we will not be able to continue the safe arrival program in the fall. The role of the coordinator involves going through the safe arrival sign up slips provided and noting on the class lists which children are included in the safe arrival program. It also requires making up a volunteer schedule for safe arrival for each term and possibly training or arranging for the training of new volunteers. Most of this work is done in late September with some follow-up during the year. This program is intended for children who either walk to school alone or with siblings. If you will be using this program in the fall, please consider volunteering to coordinate it. There will be plenty of help available to learn the process and gather the information you need.
